This game hurt

This game hurt in several ways. First Sharks center Curtis Brown went on injured reserve Sunday, and San Jose recalled left wing Tomas Plihal from the minors to replace him. Let see how if he get some playing time or be on the bench for depth. Also watching this game hurt to because we needed to make a statement that we can get over the hump and beat this team and we did nothing close to it.

I also have to say some of the calls against the sharks were B.S. but we have to take the good with the bad. I hope we get this straighten out soon or time to shake it up a bit and I we waiting to see what we do in the next few weeks before the trading deadline.

Will the sharks end their three game losing streak

This all depends on what team shows up. If the active and attacking sharks I see no reason why we can not beat them but if the laid back version it will be a long game tonight. I can not wait to see them play. I hope they play Setoguchi because I think he is going to a be a special player. Looking forward to watch the game tonight.

How I became a Sharks fan

Growing up in Connecticut we had the Hartford Whalers and that was the team I started to follow as a young boy.  One thing that made me made was back in 1991 the whalers traded my favorite player Ron Francis and Ulf Samuelsson to the Penguins.  I grow to like these players a lot and could not believe they got traded away.  I did not want to be called a bang wagon fan so I decide to root for the newest team the San Jose Sharks.  So this was my start and the way I became a San Jose Sharks fan.

The beganing

I got hooked on hockey when I was taken to a game when I was about 9 or 10. Since then I was a fan and as I got older and started to understand the game more and more I have become a big hockey fan. Growing up in Connecticut we always had hockey on TV and was a topic of discussion. We even had a hockey team the old Hartford Whalers and that was the first team I have ever saw live. I will be posting later more about how I became a sharks fan.
